My all-time favorite fast food restaurant is Burger King. The burgers are slightly better than Wendy's and McDonalds.
I eat at Wendy's the most often just to eat their Baconators.
I dislike KFC the most, mainly because you are eating fried chicken, and it's not good for me at all.
If your weight is the number one problem for your life, then stop eating that kind of food. I think they may be eating too much fast food. Now as the runner-up to Mexico for the most obese country in the world, fast food is a factor. If I were mayor, I would shut down all fast food restaurants that are not serving healthy food, and force people to eat healthier.

Truth be told, I don't like any fast food place at all. I prefer Subway for a bite to eat but, is that really classed as a fast food restaurant? Everything they offer is much healthier than KFC and McDonalds in my honest opinion.
