What is your favorite documentary? What was it about and should we all watch it?

That's a big topic.

There are all sorts of categories under the banner "Documentary".

Do you mean US History? If so, it's hard to beat the Ken Burns epic "Civil War".

If you're talking about ancient history, Secrets of the Dead: Silver Pharaoh is a good one.

When you want to get all wired up about space, you could go with "NOVA: Ultimate Mars Challenge".

Of course, it is also hard to beat National Geographic's "Nightmare in Jamestown" if you want to have everything you were taught in Grade School blown away.

And, yes, I've seen, and do recommend them all.

Thanks for the recommendations, I wonder if any of those are on Netflix at the moment. :|
