What is your favorite morning drink? For me, a cup of tea or coffee is ideal to carry on everyday duties in a good mood. What about yours? :coffee:
 
Just water for me. That's pretty much all I want at any time of the day.

The first thing I do is go to the bathroom. :P
 
For me it would be a cup of coffee. :coffee:
 
My favorite morning drink..I don't have a single one as I alternate between the two at the same time...I take a sip of coke and after a few minutes drink some warm water...(The warm water is mainly to soothe my throat as talking to a lot of students in one day can be quite messy on the throat...no perverse thoughts please...)

I tend to skip breakfast as when I first wake up I feel sick at the thought of consuming food or drink.

Well, there are some studies that assured breakfast as the most important meal through all the day. You should get your breakfast :P

This is true.

I've never been a big breakfast eater, and I regularly get check ups with my doctor, who I trust more as they know me on a personal level and have never commented negatively on the fact that I don't eat a meal after I wake up. I am at a healthy weight for my height, which is actually average if not slightly below average weight for my stature. I work a physically demanding job (at times, it always requires me to be standing and moving) and have little issues with my health aside from asthma, which is being controlled. The only thing I've ever been told is that I may have a lack of iron, but breakfast is not the only meal of the day I can get iron from. I just think that the myth that breakfast is THE MOST important meal of the day has just that: conflicting evidence depending on several factors.

Yeah you maybe right but for a person who goes to gym on regular basis like me, breakfast is a meal that I can never skip.

Of course! In that case, your body needs the energy, but it's very much dependent on the person and I've never truly needed to eat breakfast. I tend to eat 2 meals and then snack 2-3 times a day.
