Chili! There was a local food truck biz named Savage Henry's Legendary Chili that served so many different dishes with chili incorporated. It was incredible food. Then they closed down about a year ago and officially said they will no longer be operating. So sad! I legit think about that chili so often...
Also, jalapeno poppers from food trucks are dreamy. But I'm picky about how my fried food is cooked.
