I really love personally : Korean BBQ beef, Mongolian Beef, Bulgogi (Korean marinated beef), boeuf bourguignon, beef stroganoff and stewed beef in the winter. And you personally?

Short Rib. Easily my favorite. It cooks for several hours and then serves dozens of dishes: tacos, sandwiches, lasagna, egg rolls, pizza, scrambled eggs.

I made beef stroganoff last night and it came out good considering it's the first time I made it.

I just love beef steak, especially what my mom used to cook. Since she is in heaven now, I cannot cook the same taste.
