That kind of sounds kind of intriguing; I've never tried that. I love fresh or slightly-cooked spinach....can't stand canned, overcooked spinach.
Wonder how it would work to spread some raw spinach over a frozen cheese pizza.I'm sure that my husband would avoid it like the plague.
