Favourite Rice Dishes?

Mine are : risotto, sauteed rice with spices, meats and veggies, as a side with ketchup or soy sauce, sushi and Indian, Thai and Japanese rice curries. What's yours?

I love "chao fan," or fried rice. If I am going to a Chinese restaurant, I usually order this.
