Favourite Salad Dressings?

I personally am fond of : ranch, caesar, balsamic, greek and spicy Italian. And you personally? What's your favourite salad dressings?

Ginger salad dressing,I go to this restaurant,they have the absolute best ginger salad there.

I just love to have some vinegar with my raw lettuce salads and toast them with mayonnaise and a bit of pepper.

I used to enjoy mayonnaise but these days I make a dressing with curds to which I add mustard paste, salt and sugar.
