What's your favourite sauce? (i.e. Tomato sauce, brown sauce etc)

I'm one for sweet chilli sauce, although when I get Subway I like thousand island or sweet onion.

Depends on what I am eating. Some of my favorites are:



1. A-1 steak sauce

2. Sweet and Sour sauce when I make chicken nuggets

3. Creamy sauce with bacon when I make Salsa Cremosa di Mascarpone
