Favourite Sleep Position?

I don't have a favourite one because I toss and turn around in bed a lot at night. And you personally? Do you have a favourite sleep position according to you?

I enjoy sleeping on by side more and curl up a little bit. I hardly sleep on my back or my stomach. I don't used to turn a lot when I'm sleeping. A very little space is enough for me to sleep in.

Not in my mind that which one position is favourite but i just use complete bed when sleep mean i change direction also when sleep. When drunk then can sleep on back for whole night

The best sleeping position is to incorporate proper body bed positioning, which includes proper body mechanics. In these sleeping positions, you will never have the so-called sleeping in the wrong position.
