I personally toss and turn around in bed a lot, I’d like some comfortable sleeping positions for me please.

I toss and turn too. But am often most comfortable on one of my sides. Most often the left.

I find in some cases when I get into bed to sleep, I can spend some time tossing and turning until I feel comfortable. I have found one position that is quite comfy and that is laying on my side with one leg raised and the other stretched out.

If I am having a bad pain day though, that is not always the best position.

I'm a side sleeper. I have one arm under my head and the other one pushing up against my chin (the blanket actually touches my skin) to keep my mouth closed. I had a mouthguard that gave me jaw issues and now that helps me to have no pain.

I toss and turn a lot but when I am not tossing and turning I am a side sleeper

I prefer a sidelying position with proper body mechanics. In this way, I will not have any body pain from sleeping on the wrong side.

Normally, I sleep on my back and turn right and left as I feel necessary.

I tend to sleep on my side. Sometimes I'll have my arm under my head while I'm laying on my side as well.
