Earlier today CNN aired footage of ISIS fighters on the border of Syria and Turkey engaging in a firefight. Reporter Phil Black was on the ground on the Turkish side of the border, pointing out ISIS fighters at the top of a hill.

Black said ISIS fighters are advancing on a major Syrian town, and Kurdish forces are doing what they can to stop them. The CNN cameras picked up shots being fired; Black said this had been going on for a few hours.

Black also had to point out that these ISIS fighters are out in the open, in clear view of the CNN crew and others, and wondered exactly why the airstrikes that have already taken out targets in Syria haven’t made their way over to where these fighters are.

I wonder what the CNN story would have been if an airstrike did come in and a bomb missed the bad guys and some of those civilians watching the fun had been hit.

No, wait, I know what the story would have been.

Nevermind. Forget I mentioned it.

As long as it takes out the ISIS militants, I'd bet the Kurds wouldn't mind too awful much...:whistle::whistle:
