Hey Everyone

What do you do to keep fit and healthy?

Do you go to gym?
do you walk & /or run? or do hevay lifting or combination of these activities

I am interested to hear how you keep fit and healthy or your bad habits

For my self I go to Gym, Walk, and sometimes Jogging plus Pycial lifting at my charity shop I volunteer at

I try to aim for at least 10k steps Plus or more a day a good day I can get 20k Steps in

I used to go to the gym when I was a teenager. I've been a few times a few years ago. It probably wouldn't hurt for me to start lifting weights again and getting back into shape.

I used to get 10,000 steps in a day, but since the autumn when my allergies got bad, I have been aiming for 7,500 instead. I'm hoping to get back to the 10,000 steps a day in January and will also strive to get back to the parks to hike again.

I am not fond of going to the gym. But I do exercises at home religiously. In addition, brisk walking can be done outdoors if time permits.
