😂it’s a overwhelming majority of Cubans, Colombian, Venezuelan and a sprinkle of many other South American countries. We drive 4 hours just to get to a Ecuadorian restaurant she likes.
Thats like where I am in California, except its mostly Mexican people. Which I don't have a problem with. I love mexican food and culture.
Well the ones from communist/socialist countries tend to lean more right like Venezuela, Cuba Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and many others. I hear all the time latins from those countries not to in love with Puerto Ricans and Mexicans. I think a lot of white Americans don’t realize just how drastically different the cultures are in that southern region having been there many times in several different countries. Hell I knew I was in love with my future wife when she began ranting about the Ecuadorian government while I was there visiting.
I once had a person I hired from Colombia who was a highly trained doctor that specialized in trauma like gunshots. I didn’t know for several months he was a doctor and was here in America because he had a hit on his life from the Colombian cartel because he was a witness for something related to it. After several years he decided he missed his profession of being a doctor and went back. Very nice man hope he survived.
