Florida schools will now actively carry rifles on school grounds

Very true. If we’re going to make schools one big secured compound I do believe it needs to be standard that all classrooms have big huge windows and sunroofs. These kids need a feeling they aren’t prisoners and being protected.

Schools in my town aren't really secure compounds. My high school still doesn't have a fence around it. Anyone off the street could walk into any classroom easily, especially the wing of classrooms that faces the street. I believe the kids can still leave campus for lunch without checking out (open campus policy).
 
And it’s all because we have had decades of politicians and wokeness where mental health and the extreme epidemic of it across America. We have sacrificed our children or political correctness.
Most children are doing just fine and will be just fine.

Actually they aren’t statistically in education levels or mental health. We’re losing a entire generation.
