Every time I go to the store, the price of food goes up!! I even go to what is considered our city's grocery store with the cheapest prices.

Food prices are going up and you're getting less product for your money now. I buy in bulk and it saves me a lot of money. I'm lucky enough to have a large freezer and when I find good deals, I freeze items for furture use. I also don't buy brand name products all the time as I find most of the store brand ones taste the same. Vegtables/Fruits (when in season) I buy from the Farmer's Market since the prices are way lower than the grocery store.

Buying local sometimes can actually save you compared to buying for convenience or especially eating out (this one's really expensive). Have you tried that?
