No. I don't mean euthanizing babies when they're born. More like birth control methods as in free condoms or birth control pills for teenage girls.
Lets say I want a vasectomy and lets say it's free because of over population. So I can go in and get snipped for free. Another example is if a young 20 year old woman has 4 kids. She doesn't want another one. Lets say the government has doctors that'll tie her tubes or put in an IUD chip free of charge.
But in reality, none of that is free for those that actually need it. No, if you don't have health insurance. They'll charge hundreds of dollars or a couple of thousand to take care of those problems. That deters a lot of people when those options should be free of charge. We don't need anymore people.
My birth control is free. But I think it's free under the health insurance that I currently have though.
