I don't really like cake at the best of times but the only way I can handle fruitcake is with warm custard on it and even then it's only a small piece of it.

A co-worker brought a fruit cake into work last night that she had made. The minute she started to slice it up and put it on plates, I left the room. Before I left the room, I told her I was not feeling well so I didn't want any. I swear, I cannot stand the sight of it.
