To the gamers out there!

Do you own any game guides? If you do, how many? What qualities does a game have to have in order for you to buy a game guide for it?

I only have Skyrim's Game Guide. Only because of the amount of stuff you can do in it and the fact that... I do get a little stuck on some of the quests

I have a few. Mainly for large games and difficult ones.

Dark Souls

Final Fantasy XIII (collectors edition)

Final Fantasy XIII-2 (collectors edition)

Silent Hill: Homecoming

White Knight Chronicles

Aside from those I generally use the internet if I need help.

I used to get them for Pokemon. All I usually used em for is when looking to catch all the Pokemon, locations. Cuz it's really hard without. Also used for TM locations. I collected them all, and didn't use til they were all collected. I have had others, but Pokemon was the biggest

I don't bother buying strategy guides. If I want to know something, I look it up on YouTube or find a walkthrough guide online.

Back in the day, I would buy them after I beat the game in case I missed anything. They used to be around in droves but now I hardly see them in the store anymore.

I own...

The official Nintendo player's guide from 1987 & the Super NES player's guide from 1992.
