When does it become morally wrong to genetically engineer your child?

Is choosing their physical traits (before they are an embryo) wrong or immoral?

If we're able to forsee mutations and prevent disabilities from happening thats fine. However, If you're pretty much "designing" your child and changing cosmetic things like hair color, eye color, etc then yeah thats a little wrong in my book.

lol you say that like it's a bad thing. If such a thing existed, I wish my mom would have made me look like Tom Cruise or Pierce Brosnan or Ben Affleck. I wouldn't have had to work harder at getting laid.

Those guys aren't even that hot. They get laid because they're in movies. If you wanted to get laid easier you should have became a movie star. :P
