Okay so we've all heard at least one story where a person has been imprisoned for at least 16 years going all the way up to 50 years and then released for whatever reason. Do you think that its even worth it to the inmate? Do you think its right?

Don't do the crime if you can't take the time. That's my philosophy. May vary, but that's my answer in most cases.

Every once in a while you'll hear about a case like that, so I'm not saying that's it's full-proof, but if you're charged with a crime and there's indisputable evidence against you, then you should serve the time for the crime.

What I am saying is, whats the point of still trying to get someone out of prison if they've already spent 20+ years in. It would be pointless...LIFE has passed you by and to recover from a 20+ year isolation from the world would be really hard...Imagine...20+ years in jail...its 2010...you don't know what an iPod is......or think about the guy who had speak 40 years in prison before finding out that he was innocent...

Yeah they've got to pay if a buttload of money for every year he was in prison but damn...so much technology and the way things are done have changed since you were like 19 or 20...lol...

I'm just saying just keep em in there!
