I think it's fine. I mean, I really get nervous when I want to ask out someone.

I think its awesome. I wish girls were more up front about those sorts of things more often. Perhaps then they wouldnt miss out on a good guy who didnt even know he had a chance with her.

I don't see why they shouldn't. Why should guys have to do all the work?

It depends what kind of guy he is, and how much you like him to sacrifice a bit of your dignity...guys have to do this for us all the time, we should ease the load. I don't have a problem with asking guys out, I treat it as a casual invitation and take things from there. Either way, SOMEONE has to take the initiative.
