Post some of your favorite game glitches, or just describe them. I'll start.

Here we have a fine example of an animation glitch. I don't know which game is it. She's supposed to be biting his neck, but something went horribly wrong. Or right, if you prefer.

When I played Skyrim you could glitch level. There was a magic book that could only be used once and a glitched book shelf in a player home. Reading the magic book and quickly putting it on the shelf allowed you get all 81 levels back before Bethesda made levels infinite and patched the glitch.

It puts the book on the shelf or else it gets the patch again.
