I did when I was a kid. Bear in mind that it consisted mostly of my drawing pad, pens, and a teddy.

Heh, that's cute. Why did you have that prepared?

I myself, don't have any emergency kit or go bag but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to make one. I probably will forget before the apocalypse comes though.

I used to love the Famous Five series of books, which were about a group of kids going on adventures. So I made my own little adventurers backpack, though I didn't really grasp the idea of adventures needing food and whatnot.
