Off Topix is a well established general discussion forum that originally opened to the public way back in 2009! We provide a laid back atmosphere and our members are down to earth. We have a ton of content and fresh stuff is constantly being added. We cover all sorts of topics, so there's bound to be something inside to pique your interest. Not really as far as Rapture is concerned. I just take things one day at a time tbh.
Yes! To keep my forum open longer than 2 weeks! I want us to be open at least a year, if not longer! I'll probably come up with short term goals in the long run. Like have so many members by a certain date or something.

My forum goals:
1) To continue growing my forum. We have a good growth rate at the moment, nothing spectacular, but a good steady growth. I have set the forum a reasonable weekly post target, and we are more than matching it, so I'm thinking of increasing the target! yay!
2) To make the place seem like more of a community than it currently does
3) NOT to utilise advertising. I intend on putting off advertising for as long as possible. I am more than willing to fork out the entire hosting/domain fees myself, providing they don't get too steep

To acheive success in the field of General Discussion forums, my wrestling forum time has run its course.
I'd like my forum to be still be open and active at the end of this year, that would be an achievement. Other then that, I can't really think of anything specific at the moment. Maybe get a traffic exchange program up by the end of the year.
To get the storyline started and active until the end of the year.
I'd like to have hosted a couple of events by the end of the year as well, we hadn't had any really thought out events in a long time. Maybe even a contest? Nothing much besides that but continuing to grow! Haha.

My goals for 2010 are to keep my forum Juungla open with activity always increasing, become a master on HTML (got two books already!), learn to install Mybb modifications/plugins, and to get more involved in my community.

Install the latest stable SMF
Re-add stabe mods
Learn about SMF as Craig does most of the Mod work
Create flyers to hand out at gigs/festivals etc
