Good phone for music?

I tend to listen to a lot of music on my phone, more than anything really, what is a good phone that handles mp3s well?

The old school phones like Motorola Rocker have good features for that task.

Nowadays.. from my experience the Samsung series have a nice sound.

Actually, consider a used LG G7. It's really cheap, used, and has a quad DAC for high quality audio output. Any LG V/G phone would do the trick well.
