What kind of food or dessert taste surprisingly good with banana?

Grilled over charcoal. (or gas if you're that kind of cook)

Peel it. Then spray the banana with a light coating of vegetable oil, then grill it quickly on each side just until it starts to caramelize.

Excellent and unexpected treat at a cookout.
