Are you part of the population that gets goosebumps whenever they hear a really good song? Believe it or not, a small percentage experience this phenomena. I get goosebumps and emotional whenever I hear music. The scientific term for getting chills while listening to music is frisson (pronounced as "Free-sawn"). I never knew the scientific word until now when I read the following article about it. Growing up I thought everyone got this feeling when listening to music, but I guess not.
