The problem freelance designers face are that they find it difficult to find good market for their skills and also good pay.

Often people take graphic designers for advantage and they are not willing to pay much. So I was wondering, for people like me, who are novice designers, where can we find a good market place?

I would just suggest finding forum pages that have sections (or are even dedicated) to showcasing. Try and post them everywhere you can and it should help increase your chances of getting some responses.

I think envato has the biggest market and also a good amount of time you can find the designs there. You don't have to design one as the marketplaces often have pretty good options. I think as for other forum based markets it is more of hit and miss if you ask me.
