Well, some of them promise to plant a certain number of trees to compensate for damage and others use environmentally friendly equipment. Anyway, it's often more expensive, though not always. Well, they can't be too expensive if they want to compete, assuming buyers aren't willing to sacrifice.

Green is a gimmick of sorts. Most of the web hosts that say they are "Green" actually buy renewable energy credits from people that have switched from fossil fuels to renewable energy to power their homes. Unless you see proof I see nothing green
