Green Party leader ‘open’ to three-way marriages

If there are three people in a marriage, it can be a sign something is amiss.

But that’s not always the case, and now the leader of the Green Party says she is ‘open’ to the idea of marriages and civil partnerships between three people.

Natalie Bennett made the comments to The Pink News.

At a question-and-answer session, Dr Redfern Jon Barrett said: ‘As someone living with his two boyfriends in a stable long-term relationship, I would like to know what your stance is on polyamory rights.

‘Is there room for Green support on group civil partnerships or marriages?’

Ms Bennett replied that the party does not currently have a stance on polyamorous marriages and civil partnerships, but said: ‘We are, uniquely in this country, a party whose policies are developed and voted for by our members.

‘We have led the way on many issues related to the liberalization of legal status in adult consenting relationships, and we are open to further conversation and consultation.’

When government controls marriage and it's definition along with all the freebies that come with it I saw this coming a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time ago. Get government 100% out of marriage.
