Halloween Decorations

What's your favorite Halloween decoration?

I hate jack-o'-lanterns.
I think I like skulls best (but not full skeletons).

I also have a doormat which I put out at halloween, when people step on it, it screams and goes enter this house at your own risk.

The giant 12' + skeletons

Just saw a video the other day of a house planting them everywhere like a graveyard for giants

Guess I am old-fashioned, but a well-done jack o'lantern or two and maybe something weird and spooky like a ghost face peering out a window is usually enough. I find the people who go nuts and turn their entire yard into an outdoor haunted house usually don't do a good job of it. They go for quantity rather than quality. If you're going to put in that effort, maybe plan it out and do a cemetary of the living dead or something.

I'm not a big fan of halloween decorations, per se, but I love the ones that have fun with it. Theme it out a bit. The ones that just throw some halloween-themed items out in the garden with no real thought are so boring, but the people who make it into a theme or put some sense into it can really create something special.
