My moms birthday is on the 23rd and she always had combined presents. I make sure to get her birthday wrapping paper and I usually buy her present really early so I don't end up getting her fewer Christmas presents.

As someone that doesn't care about their birthday, having it so close to Christmas actually makes it better, to be honest. Makes the 23rd, 24th, and 25th feel like a trio of great days.

I don't get combined gifts but usually get something a bit smaller for my birthday.

Not a fan of coconut but I love the chocolate, pistachio and hazelnut ones. There was a special chocolate one with that fake edible gold on top as well which I loved.

We got a box of 12 for around £35 since 3 of them were "premium". I think it was the one with the fake gold on top that cost a bit more. Usually it's around £29 for a box of 12.

It's honestly worth the price. They were amazing! I wish they had a branch nearby because I would be having them at least once a month. Apparently they have been operating since 1862 and came up with the side of a macaroon.
