It happened to me, but I'm very careful.

Not that I can remember. I did, however, think I lost my sunglasses. I was wearing them when I went into a store. The store was dark inside so I pushed my sunglasses up on top of my head. When I left the store, I looked for my sunglasses thinking I put them in my pocket. No there. Went back in the store thinking I dropped them. The woman behind the counter asked if she could help me. I told her I thought I dropped my sunglasses in the store and I was looking for them. She laughed and said: "They're on your head." I was sooooo embarrassed.
