Have you ever had to call a plumber?

When I rented I would just put in work orders for any little issue. I figure if they own the place I am not going to waste my time.
Shortly after moving into the house I own now I had a leak in an upstairs shower. That was beyond my skill level so I called in a plumber. Then I had to call another handy man to fix the hole in my downstairs ceiling (directly under the shower).
