Some (younger) individuals also kind of killed the vibe with their loud to-go order ordering at the counter and then standing around waiting for their food in the dining room and goofing around instead of being up front in the designated space for to-go order waiting. Staff didn't ask them to wait in the right place either.

There's restaurants out there where the waiters and waitresses are rude on purpose. They insult and berate you the whole time. Thats their gimmick. Some people love it.Done that before, a pizza place with amazing pizza but shit service, lol. Sometimes the food really is that good

No, just never go back. Case and point, went to this one restaurant where we sat down and waited for a while for a server to come over. Not a problem since we had no where to go. Before she asked for our drink order, she said if we do a five star review, we get a free appetizer. Red flagy sure but I wanted the appetizer so I did it. Not only was the appetizer awful, the other food was as well. We only ate a couple of bites then called it.
