Absolutely all the time, I go to get something out of the van at work only to get in the back and ......................WTF did I come out here for???? sometimes I have to go back inside to work out what it was

I do both. I forget what I'm doing and who the person's name that I talked to. I'm bad with names. That and I have short term memory.
