Headaches

I take Excedrin and lay down in bed with the light off. I rarely get headaches though thankfully. The worst migraine I've ever had was when I was in 7th grade. I was in my science class and all of a sudden I kept seeing half of every thing. Needless to say I went to the nurses office and then I went home. It was a very odd experience...

Take pian killers and then try and rest and take a 30mins sleep. Not to look at PC screens LOL

Depends on how made your head is. Then work out how much water you haven't had, If you been on PC to long that your eyes are just weak and lastly last time that I did a poop

I drink A LOT of water. Then if it doesn't stop.. i take a painkiller and rest my eyes a bit. I obviously get it because of screens.

Yeah, water's your best friend with a headache!

Take an aspirin and wait for the headache to go away.

There are two things which I usually do whenever I have headache.

1. Drink lots of water
2. Take Sudrex

It's when the water doesn't help, then I will take the drugs.

Headaches are awful. I suffer from migraines quite often especially if I get too stressed out and they can sometimes last days.

I find when I get a migraine, sitting in a dark room, drinking plenty of fluids and taking strong painkillers that I get prescribed for migraine attacks works well. I do try to avoid stress to prevent them from flaring up but that is not always something that is easy and possible to do.

The usual thing is that I just need to sleep for a few hours. If it is not possible to sleep, I need to take some pain-relieving medicine.

I drink a lot of water. it does help. So when you experience such try taking in water.
