Health / Diet goals

I used to be big into pepperoni, but I guess my taste buds are changing on me, because now I'm a cheese gal, through and through.

I never tire of pepperoni, i have a tupperware full of loose uncooked pepperonis in my fridge right now. I just snack on them cold. :P

I was exactly the same, but now it's just...meh...cheese works for me :). Don't know if my taste buds were affected by transitioning, don't think so, but...something's changed lol

No. I thought I mentioned they tried to do a 'diet' when I was in school but it didn't work.

Theres better diets nowadays than whatever the school came up with a million years ago :P
 
Tempting them with goodies?

Take out and Ice cream are their biggest weakness'. Normally if we're at Dairy Queen, I'll offer them to try what I have first. They will say no. So Ice cream rolls around, that's where I get them. They're like "OH! That looks good!" and I'm like "get some for you" and they're like "no honey, I'm on a diet" and this is where it all falls apart for them. I say: "It's just one bite", sometimes right then and there they'll cave. But if they'll be like "no no I shouldn't" I'll go on to say "One bite won't ruin your diet" and keep offering, then they get up and go get ice cream. I win. They ruined their diet the moment they stepped into Dairy Queen. They were already craving it. I just gave them a little nudge. :LOL:

Seems like everyone in my life is you when I try to eat healthy!!! :panic:
 
All I do is run on the treadmill once a day if that. I need to get back into doing it more consistently and back to lifting weights as well. I've never had the most healthy diet, but I don't eat as much crap food as I used to.

Well thats good that you do something. Thats better than nothing.

January is just a few days away then I'll be in full healthy mode.

January will be the Off Topix boot camp! We’ll all get back into shape.

Yeah, it's hard to keep a consistent exercise schedule when you always get distracted by the many distractions of life.
