Ever used a heating pad before? If so, what for?
Sure, I've used one before. Last night to be exact. My back has been hurting ever since I attempted to catch this football that was really far behind me, and the twisting action did something. It has been getting better, but I tried playing around again the other day, and it just starting hurting again. Guess I was still in recovery. Anyhow, I used the heating pad and it helped it a lot.
