Hello Off Topix!





I just found about Off Topix on Google, and thought of joining. I have many interests such as webmastering, graphic designing, and gaming mainly.



So, that's a small introduction from me.

I was looking for general discussion forums actually. Anyways, SEO is the key to success, and to be honest, I have already heard about Off Topix once on another forum.

I was apart of the community when it first started actually, but I never ws apart of the team. Was anyone else called Simba on there? I used the same username on phpBB communities actually.
 
Weird then. The 'Simba' I knew was package team leader there for a short while. Maybe he used a different username there than his normal username and I forgot.

What was the reason again that phpBB communities shutdown? I'm known as Simba or Simba(tm) on many forums actually.

And not sure. I guess the admin just got sick of it because he knew nothing about forums. =/

I was pretty much interested into phpBB, and wanted to learn about that particular forum software, but I love MyBB.

Are you apart of any bigger boards besides Off Topix?
 
Not really any big ones anymore. I used to be... but I'm more into blogs now

Oh nice, you said you're a designer, right? Do you only do web designs or anything else since I design myself.
 
I do web design and a bit of media work eg. behind the scenes, acting, etc. I haven't done any media work for a couple years though but I am wanting to get back into it.



For right now though I am just doing web design.
 
I'm doing MyBB themes when I feel like so, but other than that I do signatures mainly, or other graphics needed for forums.

I do the odd Wordpress theme. Done two this month.
