I feel as if I'm drifting at sea.....

I've come here because I was invited, but....I don't know a thing about Off Topix...

Like, I don't know how to post on here.....Do I just open a new thread, and say what I please, or is there something else that takes me to another place just to post?

I love to read, and respond in forum's, but everything I write about, is not fit for forums....

So....If you will, please help me in finding out the basic rules here on Off Topix......The last thing I want to do, is say, or do something, that will kick me off......

Oh! Before I forget, I'm a woman who walks by Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, are there others on here, besides myself?

Regardless of whether you are a Christian, or not, I enjoy hearing from everyone, and everyone will be treated with the utmost kindness and respect.....

Seems like you're doing alright so far, Eliie. So welcome. You've created your own thread! Forums can be scary when you're not used to them. I'm sure Jazzy, Nebulous, or one of the other veterans here can help you out a little better than I can, but you're off to a good start.

New topics are always welcome. Replying to an existing thread is pretty easy. I see you have replied to a couple already so you've got that figured out.

Maybe, maybe not. As long as you're being civil, anything you have to say is fit for a forum.
I saw you mentioned you like to write. We do have a Creative Writing sub-forum where you can post all your work for us to read and comment on. :)

Great to hear. Not sure who belongs to what faith around here, but it doesn't really matter. We're a diverse group of people and proud of it. :)

You see, you go to the help page and find the English instructions page, which, I think, is after the Swedish one, if you come to Aramaic you've gone to far, in a pinch, pick Swahili and use Google to translate it, then you enter the eleven character validation sequence you got in the secure email through from the Secure Mail Service, you have to enter it within nine seconds of opening the primary validation page or it will default to a lockout page where you have to enter the twenty-one character alphanumeric sequence within another nine seconds or it will boot you from the system and ban you from attempting to log in again, and turn your user name on the active user roster yellow pending you contacting an Admin through the Secure Mail Service. To do that, all you have to do is log into the system with your user name and password, then open the mail page and select, "locked out" from the options....

Oh, no... that's the Health Insurance Registration.

I think on Off Topix you just click on something somewhere and just start typing.
