Hey everyone!

Zap here - Norwegian philosophy student with web design as a hobby. Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Hello and welcome to the community!

Welcome to the community @Zap! I hope you have a great time here and if you have any questions, let me know ;)

I'm loving the look of your Apatite theme. I wish it was available when I was using phpBB a long time ago!

Thank you! And I'm flattered! I'm not the most avid phpBB-user myself, but I helped a friend set up a phpBB board last year I discovered that there are no nice phpBB-themes, so I figured I'd do my best to do something about that :)

Thanks man!

That was my exact thoughts for a long time. There really aren't that many great phpBB themes out there. There was a decent one called Oxygen but it doesn't work on the latest phpBB versions, unfortunately.

@Zap Hello & Welcome! Norwegian Philosophy must be interesting. What do you like about it? Do you feel it differs from others?

And oh, I get the mixup, but I don't study Norwegian philosophy, I am a Norwegian that studies philosophy (mostly western). So I've got all of the classics, be it Plato, Locke, Hume, Descartes, Kant, Hegel or Heidegger!

@Zap Thank you for clearing that up! Now it makes more sense lol Do you have any favorite quotes by them?
Hmm tough one, philosophical works aren't as quote-friendly as popular culture and Tumblr would have them to be. But Kant's categorical imperative is a classic "Act only on that maxim by which you can at the same time will that it should become a universal law."
