Homeschooling vs. Public School

What are the pros and cons of each? Do you think either one is better for a child?
How are your children (assuming you'll have any) going to be schooled?

Public.
Why would I be qualified to teach a child? Elementary school math maybe...
*wonders if he'd be allowed to homeschool a kid at all.*
One has to apply for exemption (of attending school) every year. Grounds for exemption are: physical or mental problems, and "not agreeing with the 'philosophy' of any school within 'reasonable' distance". Which is unlikely due to the fact that schools can preach whatever they like so long as they teach the required stuff. Well... maybe I could convert to something that isn't Christianity and move away from all major cities.

Anyway, I think it's somewhat pretentious to claim that you could do as well a job as someone who's actually studied to become a teacher. Though I'll admit that you might be able to get away with it when it comes to primary school.
Beyond that, there's also the matter of a child's mental development with regards to relationships. You'd need to find some alternative way of making friends. Not impossible, of course, but the amount of time spent around others in school is hard to rival.

Public.
I think public schooling is good because their are more teachers to help you with the work that is needed to be done and also more classes to try, usually schools have classes like Construction, baking, machine class ect. (Well my school does, because its a hands on school) but that's what's good about going to a public school, you can try more things. :P

Home schooled.
Home school is better if you are anti social or have bad anxiety or any other reasons to why you might not be able to go to a public school because their isn't anyone around and you are at your own home and you can do what you please..? I don't know really. :P Or if you are a person you enjoys computers and doing work on computers this would be good for those kids.

I've done public schooling, and that's the way to go because teachers are very helpful. In addition, you also assist other students in your class, and also make friends.
