Hopes that cute cubs Bronze, Sliver and Gold inspire Team GB to take lion's share of medals at Londo

As they rest on their very own podium, beautiful golden-coloured lion cubs Bronze, Silver and Gold look the picture of tranquillity.



But two of the trio are happier racing around their enclosure at Knowsley Safari Park and that's why they've earned the names Gold and Silver.



According to zoo keepers the third member of the group has a more laid back demeanour and tends to take a back seat when the others race about.



The adorable unofficial Olympic mascots are winning over visitors to Knowsley Safari Park in St Helen’s, Merseyside.
