Same here!
I don't like.
I like Hot Sauce. And I don't eat it with allot of things, but one of the foods I eat it with is pickles.
I think we need to define "hot sauce" in terms of Scoville Units.
On that scale Tobasco is barely warm at about 3000, and if it 'burns your tongue', you might want to switch to the Hot Pocket thread instead of reading any further or clicking the below links.
http://peppers.com/ has a page of the Hottest Sauces in the world, and on that page, I like "you can't handle this hot sauce" which comes in around 80,000. Three or four drops of "you can't handle" will add noticeable heat to a Gallon pot of chili!
