I have taken some of the hotter sauces to work for various luncheons and even for a 'breakfast fund raiser' where they were serving fried potatoes, and they were a hit. Namely You Can't Handle... and Endorphin Rush Beyond, and since then I've been asked to bring another to the next function.



No, you don't want to just dump them on your hot dog, but a drop or two will liven your day up considerably.



If, like Miss Jazzy, you think Tabasco sauce is too hot to eat (at 2,500 Scoville units) you probably shouldn't even follow the links on the post above, or to this story about the general topic:

So hot they don't even taste good. Tastes like burning. I really enjoy the taste of spices, like hot wings. Habonero peppers are just overkill.
