4,000 square feet - split pretty evenly between the top floor and the bottom floor. Lost a little of the 2,000 square feet downstairs due to the furnace room.

Is yours a ensuite? Our ensuite has a shower, toilet, basin etc. Then the second bathroom has toilet, shower, bath and basin.

Oh yeah, we call that the master bedroom. Yes, I have my own private bathroom in my bedroom.

Ours is a single storey bungalow.
Living room and kitchen at the back of the house, main bedroom and a small bedroom at the front with a passage up the middle connecting it all.
Just one bathroom.

Sometimes I wish I got a single story. Going up stairs is a pain sometimes when I am feeling lazy.

I think one day I'll sell this house and downsize to a one-story. Not any time soon though, I still love the house and the location. I am in a really nice / quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I pay my in laws rent, we live in the basement. It's a nice size, much bigger than the area we were staying in previously. We just moved into this house back in January.
