How big is your music library

When I right clicked my music folder's properties. It says 'Size of folders in library: 1.05 GB. I have no idea what that means really. But I know I got too many to count and would last me most likely a day.

Now since I made a folder for all my Underground/Independent stuff. It says this: 3.27 GB.

2,202 tracks

6 days 7 hours 40 minutes 49 seconds listening time

15.92 GB

My friend has over 100,000 tracks in his library..

313 Items

22.7 Hours

2.55 GB

WOW do I feel old! I had no idea you young folks measured your collections in MB and hours.

So, this here old fogey has innumerable cassette tapes, 250+ CD's, with a 65 CD-changer stereo. I swap out CD's as my mood for music changes.

I do not own an Ipod, have any music stored on my computer, and I even listen to the radio once in a while.

<someone pass me my walker....>

You're not alone. I've got my collection of hundreds of CDs and there would be no way to put them all in iTunes.
