How crispy should bacon be?

Although diet trends like going vegan are all the rage, Americans are still obsessed with bacon. But how should bacon be cooked? Should it be like an all-you-can-eat buffet, where it's floppy and chewy, or should it be all but burnt to a crisp?

In your opinion, How crispy should bacon be?

I like it softer and chewy. Some people go overboard to the point it tastes like cardboard and I just can't do it.

Depends on the bacon. Streaky bacon should be crisp. Back bacon should be less crisp
